SECAM to PAL converters need A DIGITAL device, they will also allow recording of the conversion too.  SECAM has a refresh rate of 50HZ and NTSC 60Hz so true field converting is required.To get a stable colour picture from a genuine SECAM source on an NTSC TV ( or Recorder) a basic device like the one below will help you.

Please ensure that you pack the product in a way that would survive the transport from you to us. It's always best to use a trusted courier for this task, especially if it's a conversion of special importance to you. So send it recorder delivery at the very least.
